29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met: 1) On August 29, 2018, and at prior times, employees worked with hazardous chemicals such as solder wire that contains lead, a substance that can cause central nervous system damage, kidney damage, and acute toxicity; and isopropyl alcohol, a flammable liquid. The employer had not developed a hazard communication program in writing.
