(a) Location Building 1: On or about August 29, 2018, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than twenty two feet above lower level while working/walking on a roof were no fall protection was used. The employee was working/walking on different areas of the roof over the garage and second floor.  (b) Location Building 2: On or about August 29, 2018, two employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than thirteen feet above lower level while working/walking on second floor deck where no fall protection was used. The two employees were building exterior walls on the second floor decking. Then raised and secured them to the edge of the second floor decking.
