29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)      At the residential construction site located at 11309 NE 112th Street in Kansas City, Missouri:  Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to health hazards from dermal, ingestion, and inhalation exposure to hazardous chemicals.  The employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure that employees were aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work.  Hazardous chemicals used at the site included but were not limited to construction adhesive.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    At the residential construction site located at 11309 NE 112th St in Kansas City, Missouri:  Employees engaged in framing activities using pneumatic nail guns were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not provided.
