On or about 29 August 2018 and at times prior thereto, mold and/or evidence of mold growth were observed on supply diffusers in Buildings 44, 45 and 47, as well as inside of refrigerator drawers in Building 44. The employer exposed employees working in these areas to an inhalation hazard that has the potential to cause respiratory illnesses.
