29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel: On or about August 28, 2018, and at times prior thereto, Forklifts, a ladder and other materials were blocking two electrical panels in building 44 1/2 loading dock area, exposing employees to electrical hazards associated with the delay of access to electrical equipment.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: On or about August 28, 2018, and at times prior thereto, in building 44W the 240 volts junction box for the Magic Aire B-58 was missing the cover, exposing employees to that hazard of electrical shock.
