29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On August 29, 2018; two employee(s) were observed framing the roof of a dental office being built at 111 Indian Drive, Waxahachie, TX while standing on top of interior framed walls approximately twelve (12) feet or more above the concrete floor below and were not protected from a fall hazard. b) On August 29, 2018; an employee was observed framing the roof of a dental office being built at 111 Indian Drive, Waxahachie, TX while standing on top of a 2 X 6 inch board approximately sixteen (16) feet or more above the concrete floor below and was not protected from a fall hazard.
