29 CFR 1926.1053(a)(7): Ladders not specifically designed for such use were tied or fastened together to provide longer sections: a) On August 29, 2018 a Louisville thirty two (32) foot extension ladder was found fastened to an aluminum extension ladder in order to make it longer so that the roof of a three story apartment building located at 155 Lakeside Drive, Waxahachie, TX marked building #6 could be accessed by employees who were re-roofing it exposing those employees to a fall hazard.
