Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: (a) Weston: On August 28, 2018, an employee was installing a drainage system on a hotel awning that was approximately 19 feet eave to ground without the use of a fall protection system.
