29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  Employees were exposed to a fall of 13 feet, 9 inches from the garage roof to the ground below, while painting an exterior wall of a two story house. The employees were not provided or using a personal fall arrest system or any other fall protection devices.
