29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  On or about 01/17/2019, at the CUP Cooling Tower, the employer did not ensure that the Square D Heavy Duty Safety Switch (600V/100A) that housed the Cooling Tower Fan #3 disconnect was installed properly per its listing/labeling for outdoor use (NEMA Type 3R), which left several unused holes/openings on the back of the enclosure.  Therefore, the enclosure did not provide adequate protection against the intrusion of water and other foreign matter.
