29 CFR 1910.268(f)(1): The employer did not provide rubber insulating equipment designed for the voltage levels to be encountered and/or did ensure that the equipment was used by employees as required by this section: On or about August 27, 2018, and in times prior thereto, the employer did not require the wearing of insulating gloves and equipment whenever there is possibility of contact with overhead 7.2KV power lines exposing cable man to an electrocution hazard.
