29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: a. On or about August 30, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing roofing operations on the roof, sixteen(16) feet two (2) inches above ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. Superior Exteriors 2 Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1311387, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 20, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 6141 S. Parkside, Chicago, IL.
