29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) For employees working at the site on or about August 29, 2018. Employees were installing roof tile on a 5:12 pitch roof at heights greater than 10 feet without the use of any personal fall protection. Ad-Ler Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1295589, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/16/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 11593 Bitola Dr, Odessa, FL, 33556.
