29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket while working from an aerial lift. At a residential construction worksite located at 3200 E Linwood Blvd, Kansas City, Missouri. An employee engaged in finishing work on the exterior of a balcony was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to the surface below. Employee was working with an elevated JLG Lift Model 450AJ without a safety harness an attached fall protection lanyard.
