29 CFR 1926.152(a)(1): Containers other than approved metal safety cans or DOT approved containers were used for the handling and use of flammable liquids in quantities of 5 gallons or less:  On or about August 14, 2018:  At the worksite located at 160 Putters Drive in Athens, Georgia employees were exposed to fire hazards, while fueling a compressor and ladder elevator lift, when the employer failed to ensure that fuel was stored in approved containers.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about August 14, 2018:  At the worksite located at 160 Putters Drive in Athens, Georgia, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 19 feet while removing and installing roofing material without the use of fall protection measure.

29 CFR 1926.552(a)(4): Hoisting ropes were not installed in accordance with the wire rope manufactures specifications.   On or about August 14, 2018:  a) At the jobsite located at 160 Putters Drive in Athens, GA; where the employer failed to ensure the material hoist had the proper type rope installed where the prescribed wire type rope was replaced with a nylon "climbing" rope used to lift materials to the roof area exposing workers below to potential failure if the rope were to break or the knot loosen.
