Kitchen Area: On or about 07/24/2018, the employees were exposed to chemical hazards, in that a written hazard communication program was not implemented to employees handling hazardous chemicals such as bleach (household).

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: Kitchen Area: On or about 07/24/2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that training on safety data sheets (SDS) was not provided to employees while assigned to work with hazardous chemicals such as Clorox.
