29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, was not rigged such that a employee could free fall more than 6 feet or contact a lower level: a. Metal Stage, Ludwig's Corner Horse Show, 5 Nantmeal Road, Glenmoore, PA 19343 - The personal fall arrest systems (safety harnesses) being worn by an employee working from an elevated height, had not been rigged such that he could not free fall more than 6 ft. The employee did not have his lanyard connected to an anchor point thus exposing the employee to an approximate 30 foot fall to the next level. Observed On or About 08/22/18
