On or about September 05, 2018, located at 135 Broadmoore Blvd, Lot#48BC, Pataskala, Ohio, the employer did not maintain safety and health programs to ensure employees were able to detect and correct hazards while doing framing work. Employees were installing OSB sheathing to floor trusses with a pneumatic nail gun (SpeedFramer Max, S/N 883RH3) and other power tools with no eye protection, exposing the employees to an eye injury.
