29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    On or about 29 August, 2018, in front of the building under construction, an employee was working while installing a new metal roof, without the  employer providing training on fall protection, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of up to approximately 10 feet in height.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:    On or about 1 August, 2018, in front of the building under construction, an employee was accessing a roof by utilizing a ladder that did not extend at least 3 feet over landing surface, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of up to approximately 10 feet in height.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system:    On or about 29 August, 2018, in front of the building under construction, an employee was working while installing new metal roof, without the use of fall protection, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of up to approximately 10 feet in height.      The Pineda Bros. of Clollier Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1237265, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/11/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 669 Gulfshores, Naples, FL, 34101.
