29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):   On or about 09/05/2018, employee(s) for Starrco Company Inc. located at 11700 Fairgrove Industrial Blvd., Maryland Heights, MO, was exposed to hazards at the point of operation created by the rotating saw blade.  The radial arm saw which was manufactured by The Original Saw Company (Model: 3546, S/N: 20131202744) did not have a guard for its saw blade.
