29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions. a) Marmolejo Framing Inc. at 4431 Tennyson Street in Denver, CO 80204: On or before September 5, 2018 the employer did not ensure that all employees were wearing the proper personal protective equipment when performing framing work. Employees were performing framing work with nail guns without the use of steel toe boots. This exposes employees to potential struck by hazards due to improper foot protection.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: a) Marmolejo Framing Inc. at 4431 Tennyson Street in Denver, CO 80204: On or before September 5, 2018 the employer did not ensure that all platforms that employees were performing framing work on were at least 18 inches wide. Employees were performing framing work with nail guns and standing on 2x4 individual planks approximately 58 inches off the ground. This exposes employees to potential fall hazards due to working on such a narrow walking working surface.
