29 CFR 1926.403(i)(1)(i): The dimension of the working space in the direction of access to live parts operating at 600 volts or less and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while alive shall not be less than indicated in Table K-1. In addition to the dimensions shown in Table K-1, workspace shall not be less than 30 inches (762 mm) wide in front of the electric equipment: At a worksite located at 701 Columbus Street, Manitowoc, WI 54220; working space in the direction of access to the distribution board (breaker panel) located immediately adjacent to the PAPR battery charging stations was less than 36 inches (3 feet) due to obstruction from fixed equipment. The door to the distribution board could not be completely opened.
