29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(ii): On a construction site, where an assured equipment grounding program was not utilized, all 120-volt, single-phase, 15 and 20 ampere receptacle outlets which were not a part of the permanent wiring of the building or structure and which are in use by employees did not have approved ground fault circuit interrupers for personal protection. On or about 9/6/2018 at the expansion building located at 1075 Frank C Amerson Jr. Parkway, Macon, GA: Employees using the temporary electrical outlet panels on the site were not protected by approved and functional ground fault circuit interrupters outlets. The employer failed to ensure all of the temporary electrical outlet panels were provided with approved ground fault circuit interrupters outlets.
