29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): At 321 Elm Street, Foley, MO, specifically inside of the Machine Shop, east wall, an orange, flexible cord was attached to the building surfaces. The flexible cord was providing 120 volt current to a pedestal mounted fan. This violation was observed on 09/13/18.
