29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Or in the alternative: 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section, the employer must ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the following: (a) On or about August 7, 2018, and at times prior for the employee exposed to fall hazards greater than nine feet while pumping diesel fuel into a Kenworth Tanker Truck at the corner of 57th Avenue South and South Washington Avenue Grand Forks, ND.
