REPEAT AVD: Nast Roofing Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1245130, citation number 01, item number 001, issued on 10/10/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 425 NE 9th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33304, which became a final order on 11/3/2018. PLEASE NOTE: DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
