29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: On or about September 7, 2018, on the south side of the Comfort Suites Hotel where employees were exposed to a fall hazard exceeding ten feet while performing stuccowork from fabricated frame scaffolding without guardrails installed along all open sides and ends.
