(a) Newhart Tract: On September 7, 2018, an employee would store, handle and transport gasoline to be used in a chainsaw in an old chain oil container that was not approved, did not have a spring-closing lid nor spout cover and was not so designed that it will safely relieve internal pressure when subjected to fire exposure.
