29 CFR 1926.55(a): Employee(s) were exposed to material(s) or substance(s) at concentrations above those specified in the Threshold Limit Values of Airborne Contaminants for 1970 of the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists. Jobsite: The employees cutting a concrete floor inside of a building using a propane fueled walk-behind saw were exposed to carbon monoxide levels above the Threshold Limit Values. On September 9, 2018, two (2) employees were transported to the hospital emergency room due to Carbon monoxide poising.
