29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary: a) Exterior Side of Building - Employees were standing on a pumpjack scaffold work platform and the bottom of the poles were not secured to the building, on or about 09/05/2018. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
