29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: (a) National Clock & Watch Museum, 514 Polar Street, Columbia, Pennsylvania - An employee suffered an amputation injury to the right index finger tip after getting caught by a drill press, on July 27, 2018. The employer failed to report this work-related amputation to OSHA within 24 hours. Corrected during the inspection.
