29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer:    Employees that wear respirator as a voluntary use for wood dust were exposed to physical stress cause by the burden of using a respirator without the proper knowledge. Employees working in the wood shop area were exposed to hazardous chemical while cutting and polishing wood parts. The employer did not provide to the affected employees that wear respirator on a voluntary bases the information contained in Appendix D of the respiratory standard.

The employer did not provide a guard for a stand drill press.  The unguarded drill was discovered on the west side of the wood shop.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals.  The employer did not develop or implement a Hazard Communication program.  Employees throughout the facility were exposed to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to wood dust, lubrication oil and cleaning products.
