29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) On or about September 10, 2018 and at times prior, an employee was required to use a Klean Wall chemical to clean the walls in the car wash area. Klean Wall contains sulfuric and phosphoric acid and is corrosive and can cause skin burns and serious eye damage. The employer did not provide an eye wash station for quick drenching of the eyes.
