29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: 30 Holmes Road Newington, Ct On, or about September, 11, 2018, the employer failed to keep debris, such as dust and plaster, cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings and other structures. Demolition debris associated with tile flooring and plaster from wall and ceiling removal were stored inside of the building in the loading dock.
