On or about July 31, 2018, during the installation of fascia sheet metal material at a job site located at 7890 Broadview Rd, Cleveland, Ohio 44134; the employer did not ensure employees working on the Southeast corner of the building were protected from a fall varying from approximately 10.3 to 15.9 feet by utilizing a fall protection system.
