29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(ii): The employers inspection and testing procedures did not follow recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices: (a) On or about September 11, 2018 and at times prior, for employees exposed to potential process hazards where the employer failed to ensure process piping and pressure vessel wall thickness measurements used for corrosion rate determinations were taken at the thinnest examination point within condition monitoring locations at or near, 900 Old Red Trail NE in Mandan, ND. (b) On or about September 11, 2018 and at times prior, for employees exposed to potential process hazards where the employers minimum wall thickness data used in process piping and pressure vessel remaining life calculations was inaccurate at or near, 900 Old Red Trail NE in Mandan, ND.
