29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about August 24, 2018: At the the worksite located at 120 Paul Franklin Rd in Clarkesville, Georgia, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet, when employees were assisting in concrete pumping operations when the employer failed to ensure that the employees were properly protected with appropriate fall protection measures.
