29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: On or about September 4, 2018: a) Employees on the work site located at 216 Carpenters Cove, Lane in Cornelia, Georgia were exposed to potential explosion hazards when the creating and correcting contractor did not ensure that the portable fuel dispensing units were protected against collision damage from motor vehicle traffic entering the worksite, by the use of barricades or other suitable means.
