On or about September 11, 2018 at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was using a pneumatic nail gun and was not wearing safety glasses, thereby exposing the employee to hazards associated with eye injuries. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
