29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system. On or about September 12, 2018, two employees were exposed to fall hazards while attaching sheet metal roofing material on a low slope roof of a canopy with unprotected sides and edges more than 6 feet above the ground.
