29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  Employees conducting carpentry operations from a second floor flat deck were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet.  (b) Employees conducting carpentry operations from the interior of the 2nd floor area were not protected from falling to the lower level due to unguarded window and door openings. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet.  (c)  Employees conducting carpentry operations from the interior of the 3rd floor area were not protected from falling to the lower level due to unguarded window and door openings. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
