29 CFR 1926.350(a)(9): Compressed gas cylinder(s) were not secured in an upright position: a) On September 12, 2018, oxygen and acetylene cylinders were upright on a furniture dolly but were not secured from tipping, thereby exposing an employee to fire and explosion hazards. b) On September 12, 2018, an employee was using an acetylene cylinder which was standing upright in the middle of the floor but was not secured from tipping, thereby exposing an employee to fire and explosion hazards.
