29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. 3556 Buford Drive, Buford, GA (Self-Storage Building/New Construction) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. Employees were not properly utilizing a means of fall protection, not being tied-off, while working and walking approximately 9 feet above ground level, at the edge of the elevated flat roof, setting/installing gutters and seaming the roof on the newly constructed commercial building, on or about 09/13/18.
