29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee had not received training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a) Trim Saw Area, 531 Maple Street, Nescopeck, PA - Authorized employees used the "STOP" button to turn off the trim saws feed conveyor, performed service and maintenance activities without placing a lockout device onto the conveyor's electrical energy isolating device, and were not familiar with any company method or procedure to lockout the conveyor, on or about September 12, 2018. b) Trim Saw Area, 531 Maple Street, Nescopeck, PA - Authorized employees used the "STOP" button to turn off the flight chains conveyor, performed service and maintenance activities without placing a lockout device onto the conveyor's electrical energy isolating device, and were not familiar with any company method or procedure to lockout the conveyor, on or about September 12, 2018. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19, abatement certification is required for this violation.

In accordance with 1903.19, abatement certification is required for this violation.
