29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part.  On or about August 8, 2018, at Lot 62, 5410 Turnbridge Pass, Cumming, Georgia:  Employees performing framing work were exposed to hazards including but not limited to fall and struck-by hazards when the employer did not initiate or maintain any safety or health programs to ensure compliance with 29 CFR 1926.

29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about August 8, 2018, at Lot 62, 5410 Turnbridge Pass, Cumming, Georgia:  An employee performing framing work was exposed to struck-by hazards from falling tools and lumber from the employees working above him while he worked on the ground without wearing a hard hat.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501:  On or about August 8, 2018, at Lot 62, 5410 Turnbridge Pass, Cumming, Georgia:  Three employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11.1-feet when they worked at the unprotected edges of a house without using fall protection.
