29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest system.  a) Roof Edge 60-65 Dover St.: Employees without any means of fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet while engaged in roofing activities, on or about 8/6/18.      b) Roof Edge 46 Lewis St.: Employee without any means of fall protection was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet while engaged in sweeping activities, on or about 8/6/18.
