29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: On or about August 28, 2018, at the job site employees were observed not wearing safety glasses while using hammers and pneumatic nail guns to install roofing materials. Employees were exposed eye injury hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about August 28, 2018, at the job site employees were exposed to fall hazards of 6 feet or more while working on top of a building. The employees were not wearing personal fall arrest and had no other type of fall protection systems provided.
