29 CFR 1926.502(i)(2): All other covers were not capable of supporting, without failure, at least twice the weight of employees, equipment, and materials that may be imposed on the cover at any one time: a) 332 Main St., Worcester, MA: On or about September 12, 2018, the sheets of sheetrock used to cover the trash chute opening at the 4th floor were not capable of supporting at least twice the weight of employees, equipment, and materials that may be imposed on the cover at any one time. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
