29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 332 Main St., Worcester, MA: On or about September 12, 2018, an employee was working adjacent to a 4th floor opening, over a 10 foot fall to the 3rd floor below in this residential building conversion project without any fall protection. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
