29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: Smiles or Kids Norcross, P.C., Norcross, GA - On or about 09/07/2018, employees used hazardous chemical products such as but not limited to Pine Sol and Lysol. Chemical containers, such as but not limited to, the clear bottle with the yellow solution at the bottom of the cabinet in the disinfection area, was not labeled.
